Current Job Opening: Attorney (Full-Time)

Job Duties:

• Represent clients in asylum hearings, before state and immigration courts, and in private legal matters.

• Negotiate, prepare, and revise legal documents.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to formulate legal strategies.

• Provide legal consultation to clients.

• Research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions. 

Minimum Requirements: JD and license to practice law in IL required. Proficiency in Chinese language.
