We advise and protect both buyers and sellers of residential properties, including single family homes, condominiums, multi-unit buildings and investment properties, whether the parties are working with a realtor or the property is FSBO (for sale by owner). We are also experienced in representing clients who buy, rehab and flip properties or who buy or sell Section 8 housing. Our clients can count on us to review their contracts and leases, address their concerns, negotiate on their behalf, and solve their problems, so they can close the deal on time, as planned.  We perform title searches to assist sellers to clear any adverse factors that may cloud the title and prevent a sale. We routinely draft escrow agreements, contract amendments and powers of attorney, as needed by our clients. We attend closings with our clients in person or by remote means, and we are available after the closing as well, in the event our clients have any post-closing questions or concerns.

We have also helped hundreds of clients buy, sell and lease commercial property. Commercial property transactions routinely have unique and complex issues that require experience, common sense and a keen eye for detail. We have the knowledge and expertise to advise clients through the entire commercial property transaction. We draft and review sales contracts, amendments and commercial leases, negotiate contract and lease terms, and draft all other necessary closing documents. We perform title searches and review title commitments, prepare Bulk Sale stop orders, and draft and review escrow agreements and powers of attorneys.
